Oy vey — breakfast all day! 🍳
Lazy Mike's Delicatessen!
Our story

Thirty years of scooping. Now on Leesburg Pike.

A family-run deli and homemade ice-cream shop that started as a scoop counter in 1996 and grew into the all-day neighborhood spot Falls Church knows today.

Lazy Mike's Falls Church mark

Hi, we're Mike's.

We started in 1996 as Lazy Sundae — a little ice cream counter in Clarendon making everything by hand in the back. All-day breakfast has been on since 2005. In 2006 we moved to North West Street in Falls Church, and in 2008 Big Belly Deli — a New York-style deli that first opened in Clarendon in 1998 — moved in with us. In October 2017 we opened at 7049 Leesburg Pike.

Thirty years later, not much has changed. We still churn our own ice cream. We still cure our corned beef. The Reuben still looks like the Reuben. And yeah — we're still a little lazy about it. That's kind of the whole idea.

Come say hi.

A short timeline.

2005
Breakfast all day. Because why not.
2006

2008

2017

Today
